Three things define how Fox runs a renovation: decision reduction for the homeowner, a single team for both design and build, and a finish date written into the contract.
Decision reduction
A luxury kitchen has 200+ choices to make. We narrow each one to two or three good answers, filtered for what works in your home, your timeline, and your budget. You decide between options, not chase them.
A finish date in your contract
We name a date when you sign. We design the schedule to deliver that date. Most projects finish on the day we promised, some a little ahead. The number is on paper, not in conversation.
Design and build, one firm
The team that draws your project is the team that builds it. One firm, one calendar, one point of accountability. Renderings stay realistic because the people drawing them know how it will be built.
What a renovation costs.
We publish our pricing because most homeowners would rather know the number before they invite us into their home. Real ranges, by scope, with what's included at each level.
