While we do not offer in-house financing, we acknowledge the availability of numerous financial institutions equipped to effectively address your project’s requirements. Many clients utilize HELOCs, personal loans, or lines of credit for financing. We also accept checks and cash payments.

We frequently use sustainable materials like Rubio Monocoat wood finishes and Benjamin Moore’s Eco Spec paint, which are also our personal choices in our homes. Several of our partner vendors actively use environmentally responsible practices, evident in products like Trex decking and Cambria countertops. We are also committed to responsible waste management, including proper latex paint disposal and leftover material recycling.

Yes. We prioritize minimizing dust and debris throughout the project lifecycle. This includes implementing dust barriers and air scrubbers at the worksite. While some clients opt for temporary relocation during renovations like full kitchen remodels or additions, it’s not always necessary. Our staff can address any concerns and accommodate your needs as best as possible.

Maintaining a clean work environment is a core company policy. We ensure the removal of all demolition debris and daily cleaning using brooms and vacuums. Dust containment measures like drop cloths are consistently employed to safeguard surfaces. A final comprehensive cleaning is performed upon project completion.

Open communication is paramount. You will be directly involved throughout the process. Adam Fox, the owner, and our team will keep you informed regarding designs pre-construction, provide weekly updates during construction, and address any concerns through punch lists and final inspections. Our crew members are well-versed in our policies and can answer general questions onsite.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. To minimize significant changes later, a thorough pre-construction phase is essential. However, if changes become necessary, we address them promptly through a documented change order process. Any unexpected discoveries during construction or desired design alterations will be immediately discussed and documented before implementation. Your approval is mandatory before proceeding with any changes.
